  1. I have this exact same problem. I landed 2 rovers on the Mun, the constantly wiggle around even when the brake is set. Then when i flip into the Tracking Station it lists them as being on a Sub-Orbital Trajectory. When choosing them, it's a catastrophic failure and they are "poof" gone. I am attempting to try the landing gear method to keep them in place. Very frustrating after spending hours getting stuff to the Mun to have it disappear. Edit: So i tried the landing gear thing an it does work, however, I was trying to use the rovers to move Mun base parts around and it was impossible to use the landing gear and try to decouple parts at the same time (the magnetism would make the parts re-attached upon switching to the rovers unless they could 'roll' far enough away) And then every single time they would 'Crash' into the planet upon switching away. Sooo.... Off planet bases will have to wait until the future ..... sux
