  1. Honestly I think the Nerv itself is fine as it is, what needs to change however is that there needs to be more types of dedicated LF-only tanks and dedicated heat sync parts for the Nerv engine as the only real good LF parts we currently have are the Mk2 and Mk3 fuselages, which unfortunately don't fit in with our conventional sized 1.25m, 2.5m and 3.75m parts, and the only decent heat sync worthy parts we have are solar panels and wing parts. Squad, if you're reading this, please implement these in the next major update.
  2. I agree. I've found myself in several situations where I have a LV-N sandwiched inbetween 2.5m parts and how irritating it looked. If the upcoming fairings in 1.0 are adequate enough, I'm sure you could use them to conceal an engine that is smaller than the fuel tank(s)/objects that it's attached to.
  3. KSP is one of the most unique games I've ever played and possibly one of my favourite, if not the most favourite, games out there. It has led me to having a heightened interest and knowledge regarding space exploration as well as many other individuals. The feeling of euphoria you recieve when you first get into a stable orbit, or a successful mission to the Mun, the essentially endless possibilities, the many obstacles and challenges to set and conquer for yourself, the vast array mods and the list goes on. I have always loved this game and I still will. Despite this however, it is most definitely wrong to release the game into 1.0 this early, simply out of concern of the vast amount of features that are being implemented which increases the risk of new bugs, which you most certainly do not want if you intend to give the critics good first impressions, and the lack of certain content that the devs still have to address. This deeply concerns me, as well as the lack of knowledge on whether or not all bugs in the current version are being fixed upon release. The transition to 1.0 this early is clearly a poor move. However, I still hold my hopes up that the devs may surprise me and prove me wrong with the release of the update or, better yet, accept the players' critique like they did with the Barn ordeal. Otherwise I can't deny that I still feel excited for the upcoming release.
  4. When it comes to science gathering, I think there should be a camera part that can be used for probes and rovers. We know that with manned vessels we can choose the option to observe things like a planet or a moon to gather science data. This however is not the case with unmanned vessels as they don't seem to have this option. However adding a camera in the game will allow them to gather this information. Do you guys think this would be a good idea? Side note: This might be available as a mod but I'm a person who wants to play the game vanilla and there are other people who want to stay vanilla too.
