I recently installed mechjeb to launch fuel to my space station, it worked the first time, but any time after my ship would crash, and it was the same ship! Any suggestions?

I recently installed mechjeb to help me bring fuel to my space station, the first time I used it, it worked perfectly, but every other time I use it, the ship wobbles and eventually explodes, it launches fine without mechjeb, but when I turn it on, it pretty much breaks.
