  1. I have the same problem with some of my rocket going wobbly with SAS on, until they reach a height where they are out of most of the atmosphere. I've read that it can be caused by having a bendy rocket in the first place (MOAR STRUTS!!) and to many sources of attitude control, eg fins, reaction wheels and engines that gimble. You tap, d to lean your rocket east, the rocket starts to bend, and all those sources of attitude control start to conflict with each other, leading to more wobble which exaggerates the problem. If the rocket is still controllable without sas turned on, i just run with it anyway, Jebb likes a bit of wobble on his rockets
  2. Well, I guess a thermometer is pretty small I'd like to see them implement some science components that give you science over time. For example, science labs that you can put on space stations that, when manned by a kerbal, generate x science per day / week / month And telescopes - visible, Ir, uv, etc
  3. Yeah, i also find it a bit strange that you can just jump in and out of your ship 4 times, and send 4 eva reports - all of which earn you science. I also find it strange that you can 'transmit' soil samples back to kerbin - seems like they have installed some kind of star trek transporter onto my ship without telling me. But, it is a first go at an implementation - hopefully they have lots of tweaks / changes to make to fine tune things
  4. I found if you do EVA's while in orbit, you can read the biome name for the area you are currently orbiting over in the EVA report. Useful for landing in Biomes you haven't visited yet.
  5. Yeah, i've noticed the same. I seem to hear some clunks and bangs occasionally, but not the sounds of my engines running. I have to keep going back to the main view to make sure they are actually firing
  6. Saw a post on Reddit with a screen shot. Demo was installed within 10 mins. Full version was purchased and installed 30 mins after that. Sometimes you just know a game has 'me' written all over it.
  7. Yeah, i went to Eve, beautiful place with no FPS probs. However my engines did fall off during aero braking (a bit too hard, didn't know the atmosphere was that thick) so i now have stranded Kerbals I'm sure you can guess what my next mission will be.
