Is anyone having trouble with the RCS? For me it just doesn't use the RCS ports I have.

So as many of you know the .21 KSP update is out and I have found that the ASAS module will not keep my ship stable and completely ignores all of the RCS ports. When I have SAS and RCS on it is as if I don't have either of them on. Is anyone else having trouble with RCS? Thanks

I built a ship in the VAB and want to transfer it to the SPH but I don't know where to find my ship in KSP's files. I can only find the stock builds in the VAB and SPH folders. Does anyone know where my ships are located?
