Download the "Engineer Redux" plugin. That will allow you to check how much delta v you can squeeze out of the craft you're building. Then use this graph to see if it's going to be enough You can use this website to calculate the optimal moment for interception http://ksp.olex.biz/

Wow, the creator in person . I explained myself incorrectly: I copied the folder called "KW Rocketry" into the KSP Game data folder. So basically I have Game Data>>KWRocketry>>Parts. Also I copied the files inside the "Ships" folder under the VAB KSP folder, so that I've got Ships>>VAB>>(KW Rocketry ships). Thanks you for your support ! Your work is amazing P.S: The weird thing is that all KW Rocketry parts show up and work perfectly in Sandbox mode.

Hey does anybody know if there's a guide somewhere for this mod? It looks very detailed but I simply can't understand what half the stuff is for XD. (Awesome addon of course!) -
Is there a way to show total dv?

Wow that's, great guys! Now I won't have to go Neanderthal on the maneuver nodes ever again! -

Octavianus replied to Kasuha's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
I doubt it, unless you erase the first maneuver point. Are you playing on the vanilla version of the game? Maybe MechJeb (which I don't have) would display all the info you need -
Hello! I have a problem with this (awesome) addon (I am using the latest version of it, on 0.22): while all parts show up in sandbox mode, they don't in career mode. I have researched everything up to fuel pumps, and from some videos I looked up it seems like I should already have some KW parts. I installed the mod copying the game data folder into the game data folder of KSP, and the ships folder into the ships one. I didn't use the "no auto shroud" folder. Does anybody know how to fix this? PS (My game also started crashing once I updated KW Rocketry and B9, and I also raised the texture res.....any idea why?) Thanks

Ion supliment engines on manned craft
Octavianus replied to Dun Kirk's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
In my opinion: no. Ion engines provide Delta V VERY slowly, so unless you plan to use a ton of them, I'd suggest going for nuclear engines only.If you really want to use Ion engines you'll have to strap on your spacecraft much more than 2 of them
