Found the issue, installing "InstantPowerResponseConfigs" causes this bug.

I seem to have an issue with connecting some rockets. Some just don't connect flush to the fuel tanks, looks like this, Edit: Found the issue, installing "InstantPowerResponseConfigs" causes this bug.

So I wanted to mod the sounds for KSP but I have no idea how, I tried replacing the sound files in the sound folder under the main directory but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know how to mod sounds? Or a link with a tutorial for it?
