I have started a new career game with 23.5. I am having a problem with my new NASA parts overheating very quickly. Anyone else have this problem?

Fractal, How awesome this mod is. I have worked though the tech tree for the second time now with interstellar(second time due to update). So much fun. Thanks for all the updates and work on the mod.
