After my first few crash landings I had three Kerbals stuck on the Mun, pretty close to each other. When I actually made my first successful landing, it was way too far away to get them, and I had to go floating around the Mun trying to get to them. Well, when I finally did, not only did I run out of fuel, but I realized my ship only had ONE seat! So I deleted the whole game and started over. I know, I know, where's the fun in that? I did much better this time around, though.

I had no clue what the Kerbal Space Program was. My husband had been going on and on about the deal on Steam so finally I bought it for him. I had only judged it by the funny looking characters, but when I realized it was a space flight simulator, I just haven't been able to stop playing it. I've had it three days, and have 30 hours into it. I knew nothing about rocket building, so it took a while to figure that out. My "accomplishments:" Two successful Mun landings (I didn't know you could place a flag the first time and had to go back) One successful Minmus landing A satellite orbiting Earth Two poor guys who are orbiting Kerbol in a huge orbit, farther out than any planet, who will never make it home because their rocket has no fuel. I love the game, though. So I decided to sign up on these forums!
