Thank you guys. I think I have what I need.

I'm trying to test some moon buggies that has no pods or probes and only eas external command seats. So if I pull out the buggy and press launch to test it out it says that there are no pods or probes thus i can't control it. I know that the buggy can be controlled with only the EAS but without a kerbal to seat on it I can't try it out for a test run. Is there a way I can summon kerbals to the launch pad without having to attach a pod on the buggy?
