How to close all these fuel tank hover dialogs?
crparris replied to Oddible's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
yeah, the mechjeb window overlaps the resource tab but it will click right through to whatever resource was under it. -
More bang for your buck - What would you like next for KSP?
crparris replied to Kerbonautical's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I would like to see these things in-game without needing mods: biomes for all planets/moons resource gathering/processing life support economy Mission control to generate missions/scenarios i would consider the game complete with these features -
I think the mechanic is fine as is, it is simply incomplete. The only thing i would add to make returning samples more valuable is: 1. a small storage bay, (requiring kerbals to use), to keep multiple samples (like 10). 2. these can be viewed separately, deleted anytime. 3. a fixed bonus that adds an additional amount of science upon successful return of the stored samples .
-
yes, the old science components get you science points.

or parachutes and landing gear, lol. oh god, the Kerbals we'll lose...
-
wow. that almost brought a tear to my eye. beautifully done. that video made me feel good.

I imagine kerbals are hermaphrodites that lay eggs. they grow very fast and have short lifespans. this helps me cope with the sheer number of them i have killed...
-
when you have the crew manager mod, you can create your kerbals and select the BadS option in the process. it seems to be the only thing that guarantees calm in kerbals. My space station is crewed by nothing but smiling morons, lol

my 12-year old, loves the game watched me play (i'm 40). he asked if he could play and tried for about an hour, then gave up and went to his xbox when he couldn't get anything he made to fly He declared that the game was "too realistic"and he didn't have time to learn rocket science. He still loves it and watches me play.

Got the game last week after Rocket2guns from Dayz recommended it. I don't sleep, i don't eat, i miss work, my wife thinks i'm insane... and I'm worried she'll get the Rover in the divorce settlement! AND I LOVE IT! no time to say more, I...NEED...TO...GET...TO...THE...MUN! (without Esplod'in)

Why Is This Rocket MisBehaving?
crparris replied to Diche Bach's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
if you hit F3 to see the status report after you lose control, you will most likely see that there was a structural failure decoupling your rocket stages (causing you to lose control of the rockets below that stage.) i get this issue with taller rockets
