  1. Okay so I'm having an issue with the mod. I have a space plane and I replaced all the small tanks for single large ones that make the exact same lengths (using tweakscale of course.) Now while the new tanks have less fuel and over all it reduced weight and part count, and after tests it did not affect the max thrust of the engines at full throttle or airflow intake while at a stand still, there was a massive reduction in acceleration and top speed, I mean a huge reduction. I tested this with to planes, exactly the same, one using smaller default fuel tanks end to end to make the proper length and the other using Fuel Tanks Plus. All tests show the engines performance are the same but something is holding the FTP plane back from accelerating past 120ms and thus I can't get it to stay in the air. Any Ideas as to the issue? Before you ask, yes that is the only difference between the planes. EDIT: I did the math and it's between a 36-37% lose of acceleration by the time it hits the end of the KSC island runway. Stock plane hit 202 at the end of the runway, FTP mod plane was 129. Stock Plane weight is 19.1t, The FTP mod plane weight was 19.1t Stock Plane engine output was 119.9 at full throttle breaks locked on the runway. The only thing I can think of is that when I Tweakscale the parts there weight and fuel change but somehow there aerodynamic profile does not, thus increasing drag. That is my only guess.
  2. Well sadly for me there are about 2-3 mods that are currently not functional for 2.3, my bet is there waiting for the soon to be released 2.4, makes sense with the updates becoming closer and closer together with more and more content, it's a good idea to wait for the next major build.

I recently started play KSP again, but after some updates and updating of mods, I have ships that instead of the old way where you try to load it and it would tell you what files it can't find, it simply locks them with no information. I need to know what parts are invalid so I can fix them, or my pride and joy will be stuck as a grayed out button forever. I have waited some time before posting this as the whole issue has left me not in the mood to play KSP, but with ARM out i really want to get back in the saddle. Any help? PS: forgive me if there is a thread that I could have found, but I have very limited time so I don't always find what I need on forums.
  5. I'd just like the mod to work at this point.. I have been banging my head trying to get this thing to work but the parts just don't show in my game.
  6. Parts from the guided weapons and the Lazor system still won't show up in my game parts menu in sandbox. Also I don't see the lazor guided bomb in the parts files at all. Infact the lazor guided weapons pack has not been updated since Oct 17.
  7. I'm in Sandbox. I'm waiting for career to have a little more meat on it's bones first. I also the older versions of said mods so I can't think that an older file is messing with it.
  8. So I installed Lazor System but none of the parts are showing up in game. I put the Romfarer folder into the GameData folder. The same is happening with Lazor guided weapons mod.
  9. I searched the thread to see if anyone else noticed this, (so far no) But the MIRV are to big to fit all 9 on the plate, they clip into each other. Also do the MIRV have a explosion radius? With the announcement of the Multiplayer I have plans to troll the crap out of my friend with all the weaponized mods I have found.
  10. I can't figure out the robotics, the parts are not showing up in the menus, and the zip files structure is confusing. Mind helping me get all those hinges and rotators into my game?
