This is the Heisenberg, currently docked to Dio Station (previously the largest single launch), along with one of the tugs that came with it. Used B9 parts, quantum struts in the cargo bay, and the large atomic engines from NovaPunch. The launch was a bit hairy, but it worked out pretty well.
