Hello KSP, I'm here to ask for help. The Kerbal Community is a strong community of science and of course space. Hopefully what I have to say might interest you. UTS has been selected to be a high school participating in the SSEP: The Student Spaceflight Experiments Program. This is an opportunity for students (Grades 7-12) from UTS to design experiments, one of which will be flown to, and be conducted on the ISS. So far there has been lots of enthusiasm at my school, however one of the challenges is raising funds for the mission. The details of the project and the necessary funding can be found on our kickstarter page. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1817096536/help-uts-students-get-into-space Donations would be greatly appreciated, and even if you can't donate, we would really love it if you helped to spread the word! Also, donations may end up being conducted on the Canadian Space Society's Website, for which tax receipts will be given. If there is interest, and when information is available to me, I will be posting it. Thanks for reading! If you want updates https://www.facebook.com/UTSonISS

Hello, I haven't seen this bug on the forums yet, but maybe I missed it. Anyhow, the bug to be reported is the following: Game Info: KSP 0.90 Mac Unmodded Career Mode Short Story: My plane was crashing in the ocean, and I tried to eject at the last moment, and clicked EVA multiple times (I had not unlocked the ability to EVA while in flight). Once the plane crashed I was left with two Jebediah Kermans in the water (It was a single seat Aircraft) and I as unable to return to the space centre, recover flight, revert flight, or anything else, forcing me to quit the game. Long Story: I had acquired a contract to test the pressure of three sites, and decided to use a plane. However while trying to reach the second site, I realised I did not have enough fuel and would run out shortly. Luckily I had equipped my plane with a radial parachute for emergency ditching or recovery. As my plane ran out of fuel I attempted to glide it to land, however it stalled. As it plummeted I activated the parachute but it was still going at ~8m/s. I prepared to eject in case the landing would destroy the cockpit. I frantically clicked the EVA button on Jebediah's picture because I did not have the upgrades to EVA when off the surface. In the blink of an eye duaring the crash I suddenly found myself with two Jebediahs in the water (and a mostly intact plane, save the engine). I was unable to exit the scene as stated in the short version. None of the possible ways of reverting flight, going to the space centre or recovering the craft or Kerbals worked. All I could do was switch between the craft, Jebediah, and his clone.

A definite bug with the new adapters
VolitianK replied to Halsfury's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (PC, unmodded installs)
I also had an issue with the Mk3-to 2.5M (Slanted), and the 2.5m-1.25m (Slanted) adapters not properly loading textures resulting in a plain white adapter. However, in response to sal_verger, the cargo bay's (2 segment long and 1 segment long tested, though I haven't tried the 3 segment cargo bya) texture worked properly. -

Nice. You should try to make a bigger one.

I think it is time that people post aircrafts to a standard. This will help people understand the capabilities of your aircraft. Here are my suggested standards. As such if accepted by the community future aircraft posts should all list if the aircraft is capable of doing the given attribute and a statistic must be given in the "Statistics" section Kerbal National Aircraft Standards Test the following attributes: Can it land on the runway? Can it takeoff before the end of runway? Can it land on dirt runway? Can it handle Physics Warp? Can it eject the cockpit and save the crew if it goes out of control? Is it Stock? Can it fly without pilot input with ASAS guidance? Specs for aircraft should include: Takeoff speed Level Cruise speed at 5000m and 10000 Flight Ceiling (Maximum Altitude) Fuel available per engine (Total fuel/ # of Engines) Maximum vertical landing speed Stall speed (Ferram if possible I don't use and I'm not familiar with it so I can't say much) Manoeuvrability: Start at 1000m then pitch up when you are pointing in the opposite direction you started check your new altitude. Tell me what you all think --Edit-- No I don't mean all planes MUST be able to do THIS and THAT. What I mean is when posting craft files for planes you should give some kind of sense to the capability of the said aircraft. I've seen many a plane on Spaceport that just says "easy to fly" leaving the potential downloaders no idea what standards those are set to and what that really means.
