Hello everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself here. I've sunk a little over 10 hours into the game so far, and I'm addicted. I have enjoyed reading the forums and they have helped me a lot, so I thought I would be a lurker no more! So far I have: Put a satellite (and later, a Kerbin) in Low Kerbin Orbit. I've landed a rover on the Mun (and promptly rolled it over 30 meters later). My latest accomplishment was landing a Kerbal via a detached lander on the Mun, planting a flag, rendezvousing with the larger space ship, and bringing the Kerbals back in one piece. Next up: Kerbal Space Station! Notes so far: - Rendezvousing is hard. Rendezvousing is less hard when learning about the NavBall's reference point operations. I spent a silly amount of delta-v and time rendezvousing by eye during the mun mission.- My wife saw me playing. She thinks Kerbals are cute, and has told me if a single one of them is harmed in the making of space science that I will suffer dearly. Slow and steady will be my pace. I think once the station is done I'll aim for Duna, and after that then maybe Jool or Eve. Eve scares me right now. I really enjoy the game, I think it's a great idea for all ages, and I wish the best for the development team. Until next time, fly safe!
