  1. jdsutton is right. When I rotated (yaw) the flaps to face more forward, the outer-most flaps started working properly again. Thanks!
  2. Yes, and unfortunately it yields the same results. I'll keep tinkering and post this as a bug I suppose? It's definitely proven resilient to my efforts.
  3. Pictures probably say it all. I have been struggling with this problem for hours now and can not make it go away. No matter where I place the flaps on the wing (above, below) and no matter how I rotate the flap when placing it, I can not get that last flap to rotate in the same direction with the rest of them. The center of mass is fore of all flaps. What am I missing? Thanks! UPDATE: jdsutton's post below is the answer!
