Found a solution. Added the configs from the small fairing that you normally stack under it. The gear and the engines now aren't working anymore but at least it doesn't freeze the game.

i've got a problem with the top fairing of the soyuz. in vab its extremly bugged and launching with them on any ship will freeze the game. any solution? (version 1.0.2)
