So, I could assume that that's my problem? Am I right in thinking that in order to update to 0.21, I have to download the entire game all over again?

Other mods installed: KAS, Infernal Robotics, a couple of others. As far as I can make out the drop down menu won't appear simply because the plugin is not working; everything else is fine

So, that really had nothing to do with the issue I'm having... thanks for replying all theasame. I understand HOW to use it, the problem is the driver isn't WORKING.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there has been a few answers to this one, but I'm new, so cut me some slack! I *correctly* installed the mod, and all the parts are there. But when the scanners are clicked there is no submenu popup. I understand the general consensus is that it is Antivirus software blocking the plugin. I have only Windows Defender, and no idea how to allow the plugin. Other than that, I've tried numerous solutions, none of which have worked. Let me know if you need a screenshot of code or anything fancy. Please help!
