What happens if I transmit a goo-report (example), and then I land the vehicle and recover? Do I get the missing percentage or is it lost forever? If the latter, what happens if I do another experiment to get the same data? Do I get to try and bring the remainder back, or is it still lost forever? To me, it makes sense that recovery after a transmission should give you the remainder. Kind of like "Hey, here's something for you egg-heads to whet your teeth on, we'll get you the actual rock in a few hours.", you know? And if you do an experiment again, obviously they're not going to want to READ about it again (the transmission should be 0% or close to it) but if you actually manage to bring a sample BACK this time, you should be able to make up the remainder.
