Hey I'm trying this out for the first time and I'm having some trouble. I've downloaded everything on your list of required mods. I have a problem starting the game though. It stops loading parts when it gets to "squad/parts/utility/RCS block/part/RCSBlock." It's not frozen, because it still cycles through all the loading messages. Do you have any ideas as to what this is or how I can fix it?

That would make your question one for general KSP support, not KW, since KW does not change the fundamental operation of the game interface.
Oh ok. I just assumed since everything was fine before the download it had something to do with KW

I don't think putting pre-built rockets into a career save will work, It didn't work for me.
No, I mean all of my ships that I built. I can't even bring up the list. The button does nothing.

I just downloaded KW rocketry. I can't load ships in my main career save. I click the button and it doesn't do anything. Checked sandbox, and it works fine. Made a new career, and it works fine. Someone help me before I go on a murdering spree?

You're all running out of memory. Use the reduced textures pack.
Open it up, take the GameData folder inside, and copy it over the base B9 installation.
Meaning if you're on that monkey OS called OSX copy and paste, don't drag. I'm getting sick of mentioning this to mac users.
Okay, that is helpful to know. So does the reduced B9 folder over-write the normal one, or go inside? Because when I do the copy/paste like you said it goes inside.
I think I got it. Thanks for the help, Taverius. I've spent literally all day trying to get this because I've used it in the past and know how good it is. Sorry for sucking at computers. haha

If you installed all the parts and plugins and are using version 0.22 it should be working. What OS are you guys on?
If you're on OSX, you have to use copy and paste, dragging the mod's GameData directory over the default one will replace instead of merging.
Or, you could open up the Mod's GameData directory, select its contents, copy them, and paste them inside KSP's GameData.
Yeah, I use OSX 10.8.5 or some nonsense. I drag everything from the Mod's directory into the KSP gamedata directory. So there's 5 new things in it along with Squad and engineer (from kerbal engineer redux). When I open the game the main Screen freaks out. Let me try to get a screenshot.
http://imgur.com/AwFnR71 And it flashes. Also , I tried to see what the actual game looks like but it just froze at the loading screen.
Would using the low res textures fix it? What do I do to install those?

I tried to download the B9 pack after seeing it here yesterday. I can't seem to figure it out. I follow the instructions (place ships and gamedata folder in the KSP root and replace). It didn't sound right, but I'm a good lemming and ended up deleting all the stock parts. Oops. So I reinstalled after a battle with steam where it didn't recognize an internet connection. Then I tried just dragging and dropping the stuff in the GameData folder into the KSP gamedata folder, but it makes my game flash green and black in a pretty terrifying manner. So wat do now?

I don't have RCS sounds or tweakable everything. I just downloaded realfuels today so I assume it's the most recent version? Is there some sort of step I may have missed or done in the wrong order somewhere along the line?
