I'm going to watch it, but only just barely. At sunrise, the US East Coast will be able to see a partial eclipse. The best place to see it in the US is around NJ, CT, RI, and MA, which is where I live - the sun will be about 55% covered up at sunrise. You'll be able to see part of it as far west as Atlanta, GA and Pittsburgh, PA.
