There's a Tank under the Tristack adapter because the adapter doesn't allow cross feed. so the fuel goes from the center stack to the external tanks then to the lower tank and then the thruster underneath it.

Oh whoops I thought it would work hang on....

I can't seem to get the 3rd fuel line assembly to distribute fuel like the other two...
