Thats the thing. Im not in time warp. All the icons and UI is frozen along with my ship. Like if I were to press the T button to stop my SAS, the SAS UI would stay there. Its weird. And I can still use my mouse to move around the ship though. The screen isnt frozen. Just my ship, the UI, and my buttons.

I notice when I do very fast time warps, like when im leaving Kerbins orbit and heading to the Mun, that I will lose control of my space craft. I then have to go back to my space center and pick my space craft again out of the menu to re-establish control. This happens like every time I do a fast time warp. This a glitch or is it fixable? Im not out of electricity. And im running the game in 32x. This has happened in any version of KSP Ive played. Version: 0.90.0 Beta PC Specs: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. Oh, and does the batterie have to be on top of the part I want it to work on for it to work? Or is it universal for the whole ship?
