  1. Anyone know about a weird glitch were unity tries to write .mu files to a directory that dosent exist... its been preventing me from getting this thing in game.
  2. Sorry I just started an engineering program. It may be a bit before Iv got my schedule figured out enough to be able to work on this again. Currently need to attach place holder textures and make kerbal play nice with my new resource. Ill let you guys know when iv got an ETA as soon as iv got one.
  3. I have been thinking that it may be best to have both a small outside pod and a large multi pod module. But I have the models I have and ill work with them for now.

It will not be as heavy ass al the reasources combined you would normaly need AND you will not have to deal with any waste like you normaly would As for what happens when you run outta power, you wil have a few hours to regain power if not your kerbs will die of lack of food/water/o2. Sadly I cant seem to find a way to slow the wakeup prosess
  6. I guess you do have a point. I will attempt a early alpha release tonight. also it is indeed a config edit due to how TAC's mod works this is the only way. I have decided to make the pods fairly light weight, the trade off is that the resource needed to fuel them will be verry heavy.

  8. I think I will implement this since I like the extra resource need any ideas what to call it? Liquid nitrogen, IV fluid, Soylent Green? I would love to do one that is flex rack compatible I think carting your sleeping kerbals around like common cargo is an awesome idea.   9. Honestly I like having to fly back to your command pod, means you have to plan in advance to give yourself time to do the transfers. Im very new to modding kerbal so as long as its just me on the code side of this it will pretty much get more complicated as I get better.
  10. With Christmas soo soon and me being so busy I really ont have time to get these models in game at the moment. But since thats all is needed atm if anyone wants to fix the collision and slap on some textures I can/ will get this thing in game for you guys to play with right away. Also I love all this input and will deffenetly read and consider all suggestions since I am specifically doin this for the community not just for myself. So if anyone would like to contribute in any way feel free to let me know. Suggestions, Textures, New and interesting models, Advice. I really want to get this out there before I start university again in a week.
  11. Love the idea of stacking cryopods like that! I would need no models thou. The one issue with this the the limitations of TAC's mod whitch i hav to work with. However if anyone knows a deacent way to impliment something like this I would happily attempt it One thing this dose do is force you to EVA each kerbal to his pod, even when not in hibernation it is not a command pod.
  12. Plan is atm for radial attachment but im having collision mesh issues. Plan is massive power use. At the moment it uses the full output of a large solar array at kerbin. At the moment it simply uses a large amount of power but I am considering creating a new reasource it could use (that way you cant simply steal the food and water it starts with) that would need to be re stocked. Just an idea thou right now i just want to get it in game. As for what to texture in my opinion whomever dose the textures may choose what they are haha I have no mind for art so I woulnt even try. Would it be easier to do them if I just sent you the unity project? Send me a message and leme know. I cant believe all the responses this got already! as for more models im not the modeller in this but if you guys can Helix935 (please dont spam him) to whip more up id be happy to add em in.
  13. One day I was playing with the awesome TAC's Life support mod when I realized we need a real effective way to send kerbals on long missions. So after getting some models from one Mr. Helix935 I managed to throw together a working cryo or hypersleep pod for the mod. At this point iv got 2 models to choose from and am in dire need of someone willing to texture one. As soon as this is done I can release it with the full blessing of the creator of TAC's. Model number 1 Model number 2 I have no ability's with photo shop so any help there would be very appreciated. Pretty much at this point who ever textures the models can choose whitch one is used (unless Helix disagrees since he made them)
  14. Hey I installed the beta of this, dident show up, tryed a few more kerb town mods still nothin. Im on the latest kerbal and im pretty sure all is installed right. I know this isent the place to ask but im askin still.
  15. I really love the idea of the hibernation/cryo, coldsleep or whatever u wanna call it. Im actualy tryin to make a mod to do just that atm....buut its not goin very well so far so if it comes out for this mod then sweet!.

  17. Hey is anyone else having issues in the VAB while on a server? Like when I pan the camera it freezes up in certain areas as well as when I move parts. Its making the game pretty near unplayable.

  19. Hey so I have a server with mods and it works great! exept one mod comes up as prohibited even once i add the parts to the list. Also the RCS block dose the same thing. Any help?
  20. Hey so iv got a little server going for me and my friends and iv added a few mods (KAS Mechjeb and hyperedit) but even when i add the parts to the part list any part from the orbital construction mod is prohibited. Also the same gose for the stock RCS block part. Any help?
