  1. ok so background story first: my computer at home is as advanced these days as fire is to us. >.> so I installed KSP via a steam library onto my 16 gb flash drive. KSP and a less than 1 GB speed boost program are the only things on it. I added mechjeb2 for the precision burns, stage recovery because i'm playing career mode station science so I have a reason to build a space station besides refueling.(side note: where are the experiments? I can't find them in the tech tree/VAB) now onwards to the interesting part I launched a team of 2 kerbals (1 pilot, 1 scientist) to perform a zoom by of the satellite body minmus ( please forgive me if spelling is incorrect. it's the second satellite around kerban.) to grab some delicious science. I collected a large amount and was ready to escape back to kerbin when BAM my team fails to escape properly and all h**l breaks lose. my "orbit" if you can call it that radically changes on it's own and forces me to reset the launch. i've tried reseting the launch 3 times. I've even reset the game by quitting and relaunching. nothing so far. any ideas where this bug is coming from? at least I can orbit and escape mun just fine. I haven't tried to escape kerbin yet though. final note: I have about a hour left of computer time at library when I post this and I can't return till monday. thank you all for helping or at least reading!
  2. alright, so first off let me say this has not happened to me yet. i was watching pebbles's orbiting 101 video and a thought occuried to me: what if your target is spinning east of the body, and your spinning west? how do you fix it? i have 2 hypothesises: burn hard and mabye you won't fall out of sky while changing direction. the second, and more likely to work, is a series of burns northword that would flip your obit upside down. any thoughts from kerbal vets?
