Hello KSP community and forums! I'm a long time KSP player and a watcher of the forums, but wanted to contribute with my first post here in the suggestions thread. I did a quick search and hadn't seen the idea I'm about to propose be suggested before. I've logged around 100 hours in KSP so far, and I've spent all of it in Kerbin's sphere of influence. Probes, landings, and exploration in LKO, Mun, and Minmus. Just the other day I sent my first inter-planetary probe to Eve and was very happy with my first construct to leave Kerbin's SOI. It made me want to record the incident, so I took a few screenshots, but then thought of the idea that it would be neat if every campaign or sandbox game could have some sort of in-game "List of Records" sub-menu. Perhaps in the Tracking Station of the Space Center? I use the tracking center feature often to find all of my different craft, flags, etc. I thought it would Flight that is furthest in distance from KSC. Flight that has traveled the greatest distance. "First flight" to enter SOI of different objects in Kerbol system. Kerbonaut with most days in Space. Other ideas such as the one compiled by Wikipedia's community. This feature is non-essential to gameplay, but I wanted to bring it to the community, since I don't believe I've seen mention of it anywhere else. I plan to make several more journeys to many of the planets in the Kerbol system, and I would love to have my campaign remember that my "Eve Explorer I" spacecraft was the first to ever leave Kerbin's SOI. Safe travels friends; Typh.
