Have played extensively with Alt+tab and Alt+enter and screen resolutions. to no avail. Likewise reloaded display drivers. Will sit down with legal pad and try a more methodical approach. I don't haver permissions on the forum for attachments or I would post my DxDiag and an output_log.txt files. COpy and paste would be too big for the form. Any ideas on best delivery mode? Sadly I only come here when my butt is in a sling

Thanks for taking the time to try and help but sadly the issue remains. This is what happens when you forget to disable automatic updates in steam. Forcing open GL simply slows the machine -popup window flag has no effect with or without open GL

I am not forcing OpenGL I did try that and it solves the problem at the cost of making the program run unbearably slow.

I will go look into that route.. I will post screen shot when I remember imgur password. Thank foryou help

Picture is offset after upgrade to .90 leaving space at r of screen where desktop is visible. Oddly the mouse overlay appears unaffected, to use a button or other control you must click to the right of the button. This is present in all game screens from loading to flight. Issue remains after uninstall / reinstall no obvious resolution issues.
