  1. KSP lags when i timewarp, but it wasn't like that always. I play heavily modded, but i installed all the mods i really wanted and now i occasionally see if there's any optimization mods. It just happened yesterday, i was timewarping on my career save, the game lagged and then crashed. I'm really weirded out since i knew i had 100+ mods, but it started suddenly. Now it does it again, but currently doesn't crash. I have MemGraph and HeapPadder installed. Right off the bat, i suspect it's the fault of the absolutely abysmal unity garbage collection. My PC has currently 16 GB of RAM, and i plan to upgrade it in May. It's definitely a part of this, but maybe there's a mod that also causes this. I've been reading about it, and it seems that some mods run occasional checks (though the Reddit post was from 2015), like TAC Life Support. Is there any help on that? Or will i live through pain and suffering until i upgrade?
