Good morning, Can you implement a mechanic that allows a launch craft to carry discreet components, such as solar panels, batteries, docking ports, and the like in an inventory and allow an engineer to EVA and install the parts on a craft in space? I would like the capability to remove, move, and replace small components on the craft in orbit. For example, if I determine that after I have a space station in orbit that I want to add a couple more solar panels, I can ferry those items in a separate inventory in a space plane, an inventory that does not include the cargo bay.
