Today I was launching a 123m tall rocket into orbit to prepare Jeb, Bill, and Bob for their journey to Duna. But while pointing towards the miniver node on the navball with RCS this screen froze. However the music and the mono propellant sounds were still playing. I waited and then an Eror Code came up. Then i came back into the game the game said Jeb, Bill, and Bob died. I was using puff monopropellsnt boosters. Please tell me if this is a New Kraken or a Kraken like this was already discovered and how to avoid KSP Enhanced Edition from Crashing.
