Project Quartz (My first mission to Duna and back, with a story!) [KINDA PIC HEAVY]

When people first layed eyes on Duna from some satellites, they saw the poles. Some thought it looked like white Quartz. And people wanted to go there. And then... Project Quartz, was born.

Duna. A majestic planet. That Kerbals like Bill, Jeb, and Bob haven't set foot on. So they will set their foots on it!

PART ONE: CH 1: Inspiration

Jorlock Kerman sat on his Minmus base, contemplating the cosmos.

Then, he realized he desperately wanted to go there. So, he contacted Jeb.

(Bzz. bzz. bzz.)

"Jeb? Hello?" Jorlock said.

"Jeb's here, whatcha need?" Jeb said.

"Kerbalkind has set foot on Kerbin's two glorious Moons, why can't we go to other planets in the Kerbol System? Like.. DUNA! Duna, the intimidating, dusty, cold planet. Should be similar to the Mun, in fact. It DOES have an atmosphere though.." Jerlock rambled.

"Yeah, I've wanted to goto Duna. I mean, we're mapping it with satellites, why couldn't Kerbals go there?" Jeb said.

"Exactly."

"But," Jerlock continued, "how massive will the Duna-bound rocket be? What will we bring? Rovers? Bases?"

"I don't know. But it will be big. With boosters."

"Sweet. I better set foot on Duna."

"I already have plans, Jerlock."

PART ONE: CH 2: Let the planets align

Jeb quietly took in the new Pool added to the Astronaut Complex, and decided it would be a great time to run over what would be needed for a Duna trip.

"Hmm.." he quietly said to himself, "I'll need engines, fuel, a lander, other stuff, ehm.."

"Maybe we can.. assemble in orbit.. but we need things to be right.. the planets to align.. simple enough"

"HEY GUYSS! LETS GO TO DUNA!!"

(Tell me how I should improve this, besides adding pictures)
