Make a plane thats got a range of around the world and can hold ten people. no stock planes you have to make it from scratch

also you don't have to land on the runway but land close enough to it that you can see the buildings. You have to be able to go mach 2 not in a dive but when your gaining no altitude or gaining altitude. The winner is the person who makes the cheapest plane. Have fun:D.
