Fix the Mk2 Command pod being rotated off center

It should be the other way around. The Mk 1-2 is the only good one. The problem is when you want to put a ladder down the side of your capsule and still have properly placed RCS jets. With all pods except the Mk 1-2 the RCS jets would be on top of the ladder. Squad needs to re-do all the other ones to match the Mk1-2 and have off centered hatches.

Never the less, I think Ven's stock revamp does ruin the wonderfully off centered hatch if you really want to do that.

That'd be fine if it was in a useful position instead of being something like 33 degrees off. Instead, it's useless. Your RCS thrusters can be put in the "corner" positions for the same effect and not block your ladder. You only need 4 of them, not 8.

It would be nicer at a 45 degree angle, but it's still better than the others, I wouldn't call it useless, you just have to turn off angle snap. Placing RCS at 45 degree angles would leave their control out of place when translating, you would have them firing at angles, which reduces their ability to go in the direction you want to go. You really can't put RCS in any other place, your only option with other pods is to rotate the pod 45 degrees and put a docking port/probe on normally that you can control from. That is really less than ideal.

Yeah, an offset hatch is a good thing, and the pilot position on the Mk1-2 is good. All the other parts need to change if the goal is to line up (Hitchhiker, Lab, etc). Regardless, they need to be consistent.

There's actually a few mods that have RCS which are at a 45 degree angle. Not sure which ones, will check when I get home.

KW Rocketry is one that has angled RCS. That's the one I use.

Yeah, theres that one, and I think theres a stronger version of stock RCS and a 45 degree angled one in vens stock revamp, at least I think it's coming from that mod.
