Station RCS stopped working after docking

There's something wrong with my staion, after I dock with it RCS stops working, I have plenty of RCS, but cant even turn on an off RCS either on "R" or manually clicking the button! I don't need RCS on it because I have plenty of reaction power to turn it, but the anoying bit is if I dock something and then undock it it wont work rcs after I have reloaded the game, reverted ti the quicksave I did before docking and docked again and it keeps happening. And they are all active, before you ask.

feeling annoyed, did anyone ever experienced this, and if so, did you manage to solve it?

Exactly same problem in Linux.

Two vessels with functioning RCS when docked they stop working. If I undock, switch off RCS, save, exit and reenter game and reload, RCS is working again.
