Where to send crash reports?

Hi guys and gals, couple questions here. Firstly like the title says how and where do I send the crash reports that are generated? I've looked, obviously not in the right place but I don't know how to go about sending in the crash reports that are generated. Second, how can you tell if you have the 64 bit version installed for Windows? I'm pretty sure I did install the 64 bit but want to make sure before I revert back and d/l the 32 bit version. 64 crashes constantly and randomly nearly every time I play and as a side note concerning reports very rarely does it generate one, I'm guessing maybe 20% of the times I'll see the 'The game has crashed send in the report!' pop up notice.
