KSP Forum opening popups?

I noticed that the forum's been opening popups today to random websites in new tabs.

I know, I know... "run a virus scan". It's running as I type, but this is only happening on the KSP forum.

What's going on? Another malicious advertisement?

No, the advertisements are disabled on this forum. I suspect you've got some adware on your computer, unless there's more people suffering this issue.

Make sure you've got a proper malware scanner. I had a similar problem a few weeks back. McAfee picked up a few things, but that didn't get rid of it. I downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Scanner (free) and that got rid of it in two scans (keep re-scanning until your problem is fixed or it fails to pick up any more threats)

Although I'm sure I've seen AdBlock say 1 or 2 ads have been blocked even when I've only been on the forum, but I never saw ads on the forum before I got AdBlock (or a forum account for that matter)

I'd say it's on your side as well. I've never had this happen, but then again I've got AdBlock.

Weird. I've been browsing a couple of sites and it's only happened twice today when I opened the KSP forums.

Hmm. I re-enabled AdBlock (I forget why I ever disabled it) and now, where the popup used to be displayed, it shows "one ad on this page blocked".
