Context Menu Won't Appear

Whenever I right-click during flight on any part of my ship, it doesn't open the context menu. But during building a ship in the VAC or SPH, I can open the building context menu for pre-flight stuff. I do have a bit of mods on, so if there needs to be an addon to help with having alot of mods on, I need it. If it fixes my problem also. Error Occurs on: x32 and x64
