Unable to go to KSC or switch to distant vessels

After I was working on my Minmus base for a while, I suddenly found myself not able to switch back to KSC or to distant vessels and I had to force close the game. I had been doing a whole bunch of removing and placing RoverDudes version of the KAS pipe (just enlarged and reskinned really), so that may have had something to do with it.

Windows 8.1 64x

KSP 0.90 32x

Modlist: Mostly self explainatory. In USI, I have FTT, Exploration pack, Karbonite, and MKS/OKS. MJallcommand is just a config that enables MJ on all command modules.

I've seen something similar with a very different set of extensions.

BTW I think the Unity "Player.log" file is more useful. When I try to leave the current vessel, I get tracebacks like:
