They need this launcher for Tiangong-2, don't they?

No, T-2's going up on LM-7 or 2F. LM-5's needed for the MIR class station in 2018.

I think they do. Tiangong-2 is going to be much heavier than T-1.

It's actually only going to be slightly heavier, it's shell is the T-1 backup.

Erm...sorry, but it isn't very exciting picture. I'm sure LM-5 is an impressive rocket, but this photo certainly does not give it justice. That strange "fish-eye" perspective completely warps the image. I will hold my excitement until i see something more resembling a rocket than a misshaped pipe.

The reason for fish-eye is because the rocket is to large for the single shot. Also the reason it's "exciting" is because it's the first image of an assembled one. However a much better image would be it on the pad, so you are right there.

than a misshaped pipe.

All rockets are pipes, plain and simple. Especially the Falcon-9 which people seem to fanboy over.

Rockets are cool, period! I don't care who launches them, as long as their intentions are peaceful and they forward the progress of space exploration rockets are amazing things.
