During flight lost control.

I lost control of my return ship and orbital station wile performing a maneuver. some ting are still operational on both ships but most are no longer functioning. I can EVA on my station but not on the lander. The lander legs and light are fine on the lander but I have no lights on the station. Neither one have engine control or RCS control. My lander says i am landed but am obviously in space. I have full power on both and plenty of fuel. the game is fully fuctional other than this I can except new missions build and launch ships and have no probels with any other stations and probes.
