3.75mt Station Parts: Inflatable is the best choice?

Recommended Posts

As the title, i was thinking of a possible implementation of 3.75mt station parts into the stock game, suddenly I've come up with an idea (also influenced by Nasa's next plan of sending a Bigelow Module to ISS) . Why instead of adding "rigid" parts Squad come with a 2.5mt module that can be inflated to 3.75mt? (Like the one of Porkjet Station Parts Mod) What do you think guys?

You can find a very long discussion of it here - http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/113172-Inflatable-module-for-ISS

In case you don't wanna read it all, I think it might be nice to have a inflatable 3.75m part, but I would love some regular 3.75m parts! Its within the diameter realm of US Lab and the various MPLM-derived stuff.

Well if it was for me we will have 20 Station parts at least :P

Anyway i would prefer more 2.5mt parts + inflatable 3.75mt, i don't know why but in my mind the inflatable should be bigger ahahah :)
