"Stock Structual Panels"

I have V-25 (I've accomplished too much to move onto V-90) and I don't have any of the Stock Panels needed to build rovers and such. Is there a mod I can download from?

You mean you're missing stock parts in your installation?

In that case, a clean reinstall sounds like the best option. Back up your saves folder, delete everything else, then ask Steam to reinstall .25 (you can do that by opting into nonstandard versions somewhere in the options).

Unless you're not on Steam. In which case I don't know how you'd do it.

Are you playing in career mode? If so have you unlocked them on the tech tree?

Failing that a re-install would seem to be the answer as Streetwind says above.

There is a thread on the forum somewhere with older versions of the game I believe but I can't seem to find it at the moment, will update this post if I do.

EDIT: Disregard that, found it but the thread only goes up to version 0.13.3
