This stock craft has ~60kdV on the pad.

Its very useable. I just took a Kerbal from the pad to a Jool 200km orbit in 45 days.

It has the big lifter section and then combined nuclear/ion/rocket transfer stages that will get you up to 0.02% the speed of light.
