Kerbal Aging Mod

I was wondering if it would be possible to create a mod that simulates aging in crew, maybe by looking at how long a kerbal has been in space, and killing them, with the odds of one dying increasing over time.

There's KeepFit which will degrade a Kerbal's fitness over time, but you can restore that fitness with rest.

I saw that. I was thinking something a bit different, though. Any modders who would know how to do what I'm talking about?

Yeah, I've been looking for one, and also add "repopulating" crew, to ,if they were to die of age. It would just make it more immersive.

Maybe team up with texture replacer to edit the kerbal's face in each stage of aging?
