KSP Texture glitch

HELP!! When i played KSP yesterday MOST of the parts have invisible holes in it then when i play the navball is messed up and the blue lines started to freak out when i open up the map view. I tried to re-install it but still the same. My laptop specs are

Processor:AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-75

RAM:3 GB

GPU:ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics

And it's Windows 8.1
