I know that photons are moving with extreme speed what is causing relativity effects and increase their life from our perspective.

How universe may look like from photon perspective?

Does one photon can have information about other nearby photons?

From photon's perspective, life lasts for zero seconds. As soon as it's "born", it "dies". That's what special relativity predicts.

But since photons move at speed of light (natch!) wouldn't it mean that "zero seconds" lasts forever for them?

Other way around. Zero seconds for them is an indeterminate amount of time for us.
