Screen layout has changed

On the space centre screen the bar along the top with the green arrows, date and time, and menu button has moved to the bottom of the screen. I've tried reinstalling but it still appears along the bottom. Any ideas on how to move them back to the top would be much appreciated.

In the space center screen, the time warp info is at the bottom. I don't think there is a way to change that (But also can't say that I've tried).
