(Massive props to blackrack and his scatterer mod)

I made this for a challenge a while ago, and I recently drug it back out of the bleak depths of my craft folder.

Originally it was RCS powered, but I removed that for the release, it's totally un-flippable, and Jeb proof!*

It's fast (23 M/S) and durable!

BTW: I absolutely love scatterer. As soon as it becomes more reliable and has less bugs, I will be using it very often.

EDIT: An update for scatterer came out; I am now using it regularly.
