So while I was bored waiting for 1-point-friggin-zero to release *verysoon I decided to try and remake ULA's new Vulcan Rocket in KSP

Basically it is a heavy payload rocket where the most expensive part of the rocket is reusable - only the do this in a much simpler way than SpaceX using parachutes.
