fuel transfer 1.0

I've checked the forums for an answer to this but have come up with nothing. in 0.9 you used to be able to alt-right click fuel tanks and transfer the fuel to another tank you alt-right clicked on but I've been unable to do this. Am I missing something or has this been taken out?

It is unlocked with one of the building upgrades, I do not recall which one.

Yeah if you're in career mode, you need to upgrade your space center first. I, too, forget which building in particular, but it's definitely a by-product of upgrading.

If you are in career mode, you need to upgrade the R&D center. If in sandbox, then pics and/or replication steps would be helpful for us.
